What kinds of painful issues can be helped through exercise?

Julie is an expert in creating exercise solutions for many different problems.

She has experience with many different types of issues that affect her clients including injury conditions such as sprains, strains, fractures, amputations, spinal cord issues and brain injuries. She also has helped those with problems caused from stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and other disorders that interfere with movement.

Through her experience she knows how to create solutions to assist those recovering from cancer, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and various auto-immune disorders.

However, don't think she only works with those with unusual problems. Her solutions are equally effective in helping with arthritis, muscle aches, bruises, runny noses and bad attitudes. Her philosophy is that we can enhance our life with proper exercise no matter what issues we are faced with. There is almost no condition that does not benefit from safe and proper exercise.

Fitness Assessment Sessions

An assessment is absolutely wonderful in helping you know which muscles are involved in your issue. Assessment information indicates which muscles and movement patterns need to be addressed in order to create your best strength and flexibility.

The session lasts for an hour and a half and takes into account your past and present medical history. It includes a posture assessment and muscle length and strength assessments as well. All this information gathered is used to create a personalized exercise plan that we will then work on together to make sure it suits you perfectly. After your session I will send you an illustrated guide to help you recreate the exercises at home.

Private Sessions

A private session is a great way for you to experience a class with one on one attention to your needs. The pacing is set to your level and the workout focuses on your goals.
