Open Attendance Classes

These classes are open to attendance without pre-registration. They include:

You may pay for these classes either as a single class, 5 block, or 10 block rate.

Open Attendance Classes - Payment Options

These payments are good for any open attendance class.

Class block packages never expire.

New Students, no charge for first class.

Cash, checks or credit cards accepted. For credit cards you may pay in person or use the online class payments here.

Pre-registration Specialty Classes

These classes require pre-registration and attendance is limited so please, no drop ins without the instructor's consent. They include:

  • Tues 6:15pm Meditations
  • Weds 9am Workout with Julie
  • Thurs 4:30pm Beginning Yoga Lesson Plans
  • Fri 10:45am Workout with Julie
  • Sat 5:30pm Tai Chi

You must first contact the instructor to register for these classes and the prices are different than open attendance classes. For those requiring monthly payments, you will not receive a refund for classes missed, but you may be able to attend an alternate class for that week or attend an open attendance group class instead. With instructor consent you may also attend these classes at a single class drop in rate if space is available.

Fitness Assessment Sessions

These are absolutely wonderful in helping you know how to focus your workouts in order to achieve your goals. Why do a random workout and hope for the best when you can learn which muscles and movement patterns need to be addressed in order to create your best strength and flexibility.

Assessments may be scheduled Tuesday - Saturday

The session lasts for an hour and a half and takes into account your past and present medical history. It includes a posture assessment and muscle length and strength assessments as well. All this information gathered is used to create a personalized exercise plan that we will then work on together to make sure it suits you perfectly. After your session I will send you an illustrated guide to help you recreate the exercises at home.

Private Sessions

A private session is a great way for you to experience a class with one on one attention to your needs. The pacing is set to your level and the workout focuses on your goals. You can choose to work on yoga, core conditioning, personal training with weights, meditation, tai chi or a combination of everything.

Sessions may be scheduled Tuesday - Saturday.

  • 1 Hour Session - a personalized session of the topic of your choice. You can also share your session with a friend for the same cost.
    Cost $90

  • JbyrdYoga Private 1 Hour Session
