Core Conditioning
Become stronger than you have ever been before.
The focus of Core Conditioning is to develop the muscle groups used in many traditional
yoga poses and other activities and to create balanced strength between all muscle groups.
Frequently muscle aches and strains or lack of advancement in physical skills, may mean you
are missing some important elements in your fitness training. This class teaches creative and
effective routines to develop strength and conditioning in all muscle groups.
What are the benefits of Core Conditioning?
- It creates proper strength which protects our muscles and joints from strain during exercise.
- It allows us to advance further in our yoga and other physical activities.

Core Conditioning classes are different than yoga classes in thier focus and format. In each class we
go through safe and effective routines that progressively challenge key muscle areas.
Resistance techniques and various props are used and provided in class, including free weights, resistance bands and
physioballs.
The intensity level of this class is mild to moderate and is open to all
levels of students.
The classes are lighthearted but effective. You will be delighted with how much fun you can
have getting strong.
Core Conditioning group classes are ongoing each week.

Class payments may be used for any drop-in class.
