This class is going to help you understand the differences so you can make the choices that best suit your lifestyle and enhance your life.

Explore the fundamentals of nutritional health from protien, carbohydrates and fats to the latest scientific research regarding the nutritional needs of exercise.

Meal planning and other strategies will be discussed for creating optimal eating plans.
