Join Julie Byrd and Marti Ewing for a Great Seminar!

We are offering a class full of excellent information on the shoulder and how to keep our shoulders in good health, or promote recovery if needed.

This class is great for teachers, students, cancer survivors, those with a shoulder injury, or anyone just wanting to get a deeper understanding of the shoulder and how this complex, generally overworked structure can be brought into balance.

Learn anatomy, muscle functions, stabilizer muscles, Asana practice, and self-care. This workshop is packed full of good information you will not get anywhere else in the yoga arena. Julie is a very unique teacher with a Chiropractic background who focuses on safety, anatomy, and science.

(This will be a Zoom session from Marti and Julie's cozy studios.)

This is sure to be informative, fun, and soothing as we learn self-care to relieve stress in this overworked part of the body.
